Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Overview

GRH Clan Services Private Limited is looking for energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. Real estate telecallers typically handle outbound calls, lead generation, property promotion, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and project benefits.

Generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.

Follow up regularly with prospects to increase conversions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic questions professionally.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups in CRM.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Stay updated on current real estate projects, offers, and market trends.

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or real estate sales is an advantage.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or other regional languages.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
