The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of the City Visitor Information & Record Management System (CVIRMS) across Bangalore. The role involves managing field teams, onboarding hotels/PGs/lodges, coordinating with Bangalore City Police, and ensuring project delivery, compliance, and revenue growth.
Drive CVIRMS rollout across all zones of Bangalore.
Lead and monitor field teams for onboarding, survey, training, and support.
Coordinate with police authorities (DCP/ACP/PI levels) for project execution.
Ensure monthly revenue targets and active usage milestones.
Conduct training sessions for PG/hostel/hotel owners and managers.
Manage reporting, dashboards, and daily progress tracking.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth implementation.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Experience in field operations/government projects preferred.
Ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management.
