Job Description

Achintyaah Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in IT outsourcing and contract staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding our IT contract staffing services across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT outsourcing / contract staffing.

• Generate leads, pitch services, and acquire new clients in the IT domain.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.

• Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and pricing agreements.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track sales progress through CRM tools.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within IT outsourcing or contract staffing industry.

• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes, staffing models, and client engagement.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand technical job requirements and align client needs with internal resources.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and proposal drafting.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
