Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound connected calls and interact with clients to identify needs and support sales conversions.
· You will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and generate prospective leads through effective communication.
· Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with accurate client, lead, and project details.
· Support the sales and design teams by coordinating meetings, scheduling follow-ups, and sharing client updates.
· Assist in lead handling and follow-up to convert inbound inquiries into potential clients.
· Collect client feedback during inbound interactions and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.
· Prepare basic reports on inbound calls, leads, conversions, and overall client interactions.
