Lead Management & Qualification
Handle inbound inquiries from portals, campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Make outbound calls to generate interest and qualify leads as per project criteria.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and follow-up details.
Customer Engagement
Provide project details, amenities, pricing, location insights, and USPs to prospects.
Share brochures, floor plans, videos, and other marketing materials.
Address preliminary queries and objections before passing leads to sales.
Nurture warm leads through follow-up calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email communication.
Coordination
Schedule site visits, virtual tours, and meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead flow.
Share customer feedback with marketing to improve campaigns and messaging.
Reporting & Data Management
Track daily/weekly lead conversions, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
Prepare and submit MIS reports on lead status, source performance, and conversion ratios.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and match them to the right property offering.
Good knowledge of real estate market trends (training can be provided).
CRM usage experience preferred (Salesforce, Lead Squared, or similar tools).
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
