Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving
customer engagement and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong
communication skills in English, {other languages known should be hindi and marathi} along with a
minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in reputed organizations.
Experience in real estate sectors is MANDATE.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries thru tele-zoho
software.
Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.
Key Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed real estate only
organization.
Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/ under-graduate or related field.
