Job Description – Pre Sales Executive

City Space India is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Pre Sales Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and qualify potential leads.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

• Share project details, pricing, offers, and inventory with clients.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads for conversion.

• Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.

• Update lead details, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM

• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
