Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executives
Total Positions: 6
Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with prospective patients through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand patient requirements and explain relevant treatments and services.
Schedule consultations and consistently follow up with leads.
Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
Achieve monthly consultation, conversion and revenue targets.
Coordinate with doctors and centre teams for a smooth patient experience.
Demonstrate strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
Be energetic, persuasive and highly target-focused.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales or patient counselling.
(Fresher with strong communication is also welcome to apply)
Strong English communication skill is a MUST
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or hospitality is preferred.
Good follow-up, negotiation and conversion skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
