About the Role
Ambak is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre Sales Officer (PSO) to support our partner onboarding and sales operations process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for follow-ups, partner coordination, status tracking, data management, and ensuring smooth movement of cases from onboarding to final disbursal.

Key Responsibilities
Follow-Up & Coordination
Coordinate with Business Managers (BMs) and partners regarding onboarding activities.
Schedule and align meetings between BMs and partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups on assigned cases.
Track onboarding, login, and disbursal status updates.
Pipeline & Case Management
Monitor pending onboarding cases and identify delays.
Ensure timely login file submissions and processing.
Track cases from onboarding to final disbursal.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain daily MIS and tracking reports.
Update partner and case status with complete accuracy.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Maintain records of calls, talk time, escalations, and status updates.
Escalation Management
Identify and escalate delays or unresolved cases.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
