Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide product/service information.
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and lead status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
