• Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building corporate and individual client relationships, and increasing revenue for Shalini Cabs Pvt. Ltd. through cab services, airport transfers, and corporate travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, calls, emails, and networking

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, hotels, and event organizers

Promote company cab services including airport transfers, corporate travel, and long-term contracts

Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, contracts, and sales reports

Collect market intelligence and competitor information

Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or 12th Pass Min

1–3 years of experience in sales (transport, travel, logistics preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to meet targets and work independently

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or sales reporting

Willingness to travel for field sales

Reporting To: Team Leader / Operations Manager

• Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries, smooth cab operations, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, bookings, complaints, and service requests via calls, WhatsApp, or email

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs

Assist airport operations team for smooth passenger handling

Track trips, resolve customer issues, and provide real-time updates

Maintain proper shift adherence, discipline, and service standards

Record customer interactions and maintain daily reports

Escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader or Operations Manager

Support driver coordination and basic operational tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / 12th Pass (minimum)

1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center (transport preferred)

Good communication skills in English and local language

Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, booking systems)

Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
