Box office operations – dispensing tickets to our patrons based on shows, ensuring proper payments by cash/digital mode are accounted for
Concession operations – dispensing popcorn, cola or any food which patrons want to have and punching the bill in the system, and ensuring proper collection ofthe amount in cash/credit/UPI payment
Ushering – ensuring guests are properly greeted and given service so that the patrons are delighted
SOS service – Service on seat i.e the candidate must be willing to deliver ordered foods in the system as requested by patrons or during intervals taking order from the guests who are seated.
Cash Handling – ensuring all payments are properly accounted for and all SOP related to cash/monetary transactions are properly reconciled
Adherence to SOP – completing all training modules, following the grooming and movie operations SOPs are followed. The candidates must have the ability to work within norms.
Soft skills required: 1) Presentable, 2) Ability to handle guests/patrons with a smile, 3) Ability to handle guest complaints, 4) Ability to stretch work in shifts, 5) Good Communication skills, 6)Team work
Job Shift Details - Morning Shift: 8:00 am to 5pm, Evening Shift: 4:30 pm to 1:30 pm
