Role Overview

The Operations & Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving business processes, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and customer deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Prepare operational reports and present key performance metrics to management.

Sales Management

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and business development initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate operations and sales team members.

• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance against defined objectives.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.

• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and performance-driven work environment.

Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

• Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
