We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to support day-to-day operations and contribute to sales growth.

Desired Profile:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, Food Technology, or a relevant field.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, operations, FMCG, food, retail, or a related industry preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, energetic, and willing to take responsibility in a startup environment.

• Basic understanding of sales, inventory, order processing, and business operations.

• Ability to coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.

• Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Swiggy, and Zomato will be an advantage.

• Willingness to make field visits for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and support sales through calls, WhatsApp, field visits, and other channels.

• Identify and approach potential retailers, dealers, distributors, cafes, and institutional customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Take and process customer orders and coordinate timely dispatch and delivery.

• Coordinate with production, inventory, procurement, and logistics teams.

• Maintain daily sales, order, inventory, and customer records using MS Excel.

• Monitor stock availability and communicate production requirements.

• Support onboarding and management of dealers and distributors.

• Assist with product listings and order management on e-commerce platforms.

• Collect customer feedback and report market requirements and competitor activities.

• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, product sampling, and other sales initiatives.

• Assist in smooth day-to-day business operations and take up additional responsibilities as required.
