Gundappa Road, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560004 No. of Positions: 2 Experience: Freshers to 2 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month for experienced candidates, based on experience Joining: Immediate Work Mode: Field Sales & Marketing Week Off: Sunday About the Role Atulit Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Service Executives to join its team in Bengaluru. The role involves regular field visits to hospitals, client interaction, product demonstrations, business development, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals on a daily basis and meet prospective and existing clients. Demonstrate and present company products to clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and clients. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and other business events when required. Review sales performance and work towards achieving assigned targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and product support. Travel within Bengaluru and other locations as required. Handle client queries and provide appropriate product/service information. Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Candidate Requirements Qualification: Any Science background; B.Sc. candidates preferred. Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience are preferred. Candidates with experience in medical, healthcare, hospital, diagnostic, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or related product sales will be an advantage. Kannada & English are mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable with daily field visits and meeting clients. Should have a passion for sales, marketing, and business development. Must be willing to travel as required. Should be available for immediate joining. Candidate Preference Age: 25–30 years preferred. Gender: Male candidates preferred. Female candidates can also apply if they are comfortable with field travel and are passionate about field sales. Freshers are also considered. Experienced candidates should be within the ₹ 25,000₹ 30,000 salary budget.
