Kabiraj Life is a premium dairy brand based in Ranchi. We produce and deliver Fresh Farm Milk, Fresh Paneer, and Traditional Bilona Ghee directly from our farm to customers' homes.

Your Role

Your primary responsibility is to generate new customers and grow the Kabiraj Life brand through social media and local marketing.

Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Marketing

• Create engaging Instagram and Facebook posts, reels and stories.

• Capture simple photos/videos at the farm when required.

• Share product highlights, customer testimonials and educational content.

• Maintain a consistent content calendar.

💬 Lead Generation & Customer Sales

• Generate new customer enquiries through Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

• Convert enquiries into regular home-delivery customers.

• Follow up with potential customers until they subscribe.

🧀 Product Promotion
Promote and increase sales of:

• Fresh Farm Milk

• Fresh Paneer

• Traditional Bilona Ghee

Encourage repeat purchases from existing customers.

📊 Weekly Reporting
Submit a simple weekly report including:

• New leads generated

• New customers added

• Milk customers retained

• Milk litres sold

• Paneer sales

• Bilona Ghee sales

• Marketing activities completed

Marketing Innovation
Suggest and execute cost-effective ideas such as:

• Referral programmes

• Society promotions

• Product sampling

• WhatsApp marketing

• Local community collaborations

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives in or is familiar with Ranchi.

• Enjoys social media marketing and content creation.

• Can create simple mobile reels and edit basic videos.

• Has good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).

• Is confident speaking with customers.

• Is honest, self-motivated and disciplined.

• Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience in social media marketing, sales or FMCG is preferred but not mandatory. We will train the right candidate.

Compensation

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours

• Approximately 2–3 hours per day

• Work from home

• Occasional visits for content creation or customer meetings
