Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our recruitment and HR services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

2.Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.

3.Promote the company's recruitment and HR consultancy services.

4.Schedule meetings with prospective clients and present service offerings.

5.Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.

6.Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

7.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

8.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

9.Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the 10.CRM or company database.

11.Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications:-

1.Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

2.Experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales.

3.HR consultancy sales is preferred.

4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

6.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
