Role Overview:
Lead, motivate, and drive a high-performance sales team to achieve personal loan targets through strategic planning, execution excellence, and strong people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly and quarterly personal loan disbursal targets across multiple channels
Manage, coach, and mentor sales executives for consistent performance improvement
Monitor daily MIS, funnel health, and conversion ratios
Ensure adherence to bank/NBFC policies, TAT, and compliance standards
Develop local market strategies to maximize sourcing and productivity
