Role Summary
We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The candidate should be proactive, research-driven, and skilled in outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients across industries (manufacturing, defense, safety, etc.)
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and webinars
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team
Execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive conversions
Track and report lead generation performance metrics
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
0.6–2 years of experience in lead generation or business development
Strong communication and outreach skills (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Good research and analytical abilities
Basic understanding of B2B sales funnel
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
