We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive who can help expand our outreach within the healthcare segment. The role involves connecting with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Conduct initial conversations to understand client requirements
Schedule meetings or consultations for Relationship Managers
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills in English (basic English preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
Experience in telecalling / lead generation / sales preferred
Male candidates preferred
