Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (on paper).
Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) tools and methodologies.
Experience in Sales processes.
Understanding of BQ Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Confident personality with a professional approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Quality Analyst in a Voice Process.
