Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive

Work From Home | Full-Time | Performance-Based Commission

We are looking for motivated Lead Generation / Business Development Executives to help our creative and marketing agency acquire new clients.

Your role will be to identify potential businesses, reach out to decision-makers, pitch our services, follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.

💰 Compensation

100% Performance-Based Commission

• Earn commission for every successfully converted client you bring to the agency

• No upper limit on commission earnings

• Higher number and value of clients = higher earnings

• Commission is paid once the client successfully makes payment to the agency

This is a performance-driven sales role. There is no guaranteed fixed salary.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients

• Generate leads through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calling, email and other channels

• Reach out to business owners, founders and decision-makers

• Pitch our creative, branding, marketing and digital services

• Understand prospect requirements and identify opportunities

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects

• Coordinate with the internal team during proposals and closing

• Convert prospects into paying clients

• Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups and conversions

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach and sales

• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Persistent with follow-ups and comfortable handling rejection

• Good negotiation and convincing skills

• Previous sales, lead generation or business development experience is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication, confidence and sales ability are welcome
