Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using modern prospecting tools, data platforms, and outbound strategies to generate B2B leads across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential B2B prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoom Info, Lusha, etc.
• Generate and validate accurate contact lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.
• Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling (optional).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-gen efforts with business goals.
• Maintain and update lead databases/CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Track, measure, and optimize lead conversion metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with B2B data trends, tools, and best practices.
