Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹2,000

### 📌 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, identifying potential clients, and supporting the pre-sales process to create new business opportunities.

### 🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate quality leads.

2. Identify prospective customers and understand their business requirements.

3. Introduce company services to potential clients and create interest.

4. Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

6. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture business opportunities.

7. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

8. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

### 🎯 Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate can apply.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and telesales activities.

- Good convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- A positive attitude and target-oriented mindset are preferred.

### 🕒 Working Days & Hours

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

### 💰 Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month
