About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow our Affiare Partner network. This role involves end-to-end ownership of affiliate relationships-from onboarding to performance tracking with a sharp focus on driving revenue for the Ingide Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own sales targets driven via affiliate partnerships and deliver consistent growth in numbers.
*Build and nurture strong partner relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all affiliate partners

*Identify, onboard, and activate now affiliate partners aligned with our ideat customer profile.
*Collaborate with Inside Sales to optimize lead flow and conversion from affiliate sources.
*Monitor and analyze partner performance, and provide data-diven insights to improve outcomes
*. Develon and implement partner.enablement.tools sales kits FAQs incentive, and training decks
*Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and productivity
*Work with Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates.
Candidate Requirements
3-6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is a plus
Comfortable with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced anwonment
Good to Have:
Experience in Fintech, ed-tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing industries
