JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)

Position: Key Account Executive (KAE) – Pest Control
Department: Sales & Operations / Key Accounts
Company: Pestonics Pest Management Pvt. Ltd.
Reporting To: Key Account Manager / Branch Manager
Location: As per business requirement

1. Job Purpose

To manage and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, ensure effective delivery of pest control services, achieve client satisfaction, and support business growth through account retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management

   • Manage assigned corporate clients and maintain long-term business relationships.

   • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, service requests, and escalations.

   • Conduct regular client meetings and follow up on service performance and satisfaction.

   • Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

2. Pest Control Service Coordination

   • Coordinate with operations teams, supervisors, and technicians to ensure timely execution of pest control services.

   • Monitor scheduled, preventive, and corrective pest control treatments across client locations.

   • Ensure services are delivered as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

   • Follow up on pending services, complaints, and corrective actions.

3. Client Retention and Business Growth

   • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve retention and renewal rates.

   • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling pest control services.

   • Support contract renewals and negotiate service-related requirements within approved limits.

   • Identify additional business opportunities within existing client accounts.

4. Complaint and Escalation Management

   • Register and track client complaints until resolution.

   • Coordinate with the operations team to implement corrective and preventive actions.

   • Provide timely updates to clients regarding service issues and resolution status.
