सेल्स की अकाउंट एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization's financial health. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation regulations.

Key Responsibilities-

· Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, GST/TDS entries, and account finalization.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of customer, vendor, and bank accounts.

· Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining GST and TDS records, assisting in return filings, coordinating with Chartered Accountants, and adhering to applicable Indian accounting regulations.

· Prepare financial reports and MIS, support month-end and year-end closing activities, maintain financial documentation, and provide accurate reports to management.

· Monitor banking and expense management, including bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, employee reimbursements, expense verification, and payment scheduling.

· Prepare and maintain monthly employee salary sheets based on attendance, leaves, and applicable salary adjustments, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.

Required Skills-

· 2 -4 years of experience as an Account Executive or Accountant.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

· Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Experience-

· Experience working in a retail, D2C, or e-commerce company.

· Familiarity with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

· Basic understanding of payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
