Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to support our IT Accessories Department. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth order processing and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
Handle customer inquiries related to IT accessories
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
Maintain accurate records of sales data and client interactions
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely delivery
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch
Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA / B.Com / IT-related field)
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Basic knowledge of IT accessories/products will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
