Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-minded and enthusiastic candidate to oversee our website listings, RFQ (Request for Quotation) sourcing, and project coordination assistance. The candidate should preferably have an electrical or electronics engineering background, good computer skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update product descriptions on company websites and other digital platforms.

Source RFQs from appropriate platforms and create precise quotes.

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners via professional business emails.

Coordinate and assist with current projects under engineering and procurement.

Keep and arrange data using MS Excel and Word.

Perform online research for products, suppliers, and emerging business prospects.

Assist the sales and technical team in documentation and communication activities.

Learn and adopt new tools, platforms, and processes as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering or related degree.

Good knowledge of basic engineering tools and components.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong internet research and sourcing abilities.

Superb English written and verbal communication skills; courteous and professional attitude.

Can author clear, brief, and professional emails.

Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Capacity to work on numerous tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

RFQ sourcing, quotation creation, or online posting.

e-commerce or B2B platform knowledge (e.g., IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.).

Basic project coordination and client handling knowledge.
