* B2B Voice Sales: Manage end-to-end sales via calls and video meetings to pitch franchise and partnership programs.

* Global Interaction: Engage daily with US/UK clients to build trust with international decision-makers.

* Lead Nurturing: Run structured follow-ups via phone, LinkedIn, and email to convert warm leads.

* Deal Closure: Qualify high-value opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

* Target Tracking: Document all interactions in CRM to meet monthly call, meeting, and revenue targets.

* Accent: Strong US/UK accent with absolute voice clarity (Mandatory).

* Communication: Excellent spoken English and confident objection-handling skills.

* Experience: 1–3 years in international calling, BPO voice processes, or international inside sales.

* Mindset: Highly persuasive sales professional comfortable closing deals on calls.
