International Sales Executive

Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (US Shift) (NON BPO JOB)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Sector 18)

Experience: Minimum 06 months - 1 Year

Shift : Night Shift (US Process)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on skills, experience & interview performance)

Job Summary: A reputed pharma company is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven candidates for the role of Outbound Sales Executive – US Shift. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to US-based customers, generating leads, explaining company services, and converting prospects into successful sales opportunities while maintaining high communication standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to customers based in the United States.

● Generate leads and identify potential customers.

● Explain company services and offerings professionally.

● Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

● Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

● Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

● Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/MIS systems.

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow.

● Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

● Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum HSC qualification; Graduate preferred.

● 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or international process.

● Excellent English communication skills.

● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

● Comfortable working in night shifts.

● Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel understanding.

● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

● Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills

● Experience in US outbound sales process.

● Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.

● Ability to confidently handle international customers.

● Quick learner with a positive attitude.
