Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)

with experience in international BPO processes, specifically sales . The candidate will be

responsible for acquiring business, handling client communication, and achieving assigned

sales targets through effective outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business leads and acquire new clients.

• Perform outbound calling and follow-ups for international BPO processes.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and close deals.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

• Adhere to company sales policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in international BPO or outbound sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Comfortable working in night shifts.

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn incentives.
