Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Performance-Based Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+ per month

Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls and pitch health insurance plans.

• Generate leads independently through references, online platforms, networking, and other available sources.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance policies.

• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and claim-related information.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into sales.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Similar responsibilities are commonly expected in health-insurance telesales roles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year in Telesales, Telecalling, Insurance Sales, Loan Sales, or related sales profiles preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in health insurance sales will be an advantage.

• Ability to generate leads independently and close sales over calls.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
