Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with insurance policies, guidelines, and practices.
Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information about insurance products and market developments.
Reporting & Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, performance, and pipeline progress to the Sales Manager.
Assist with the preparation of marketing and promotional materials to drive sales.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
