Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims processes.
  

• Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  
  

Market Research & Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
  

• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with insurance policies, guidelines, and practices.
  

• Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information about insurance products and market developments.
  

Reporting & Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.
  

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, performance, and pipeline progress to the Sales Manager.
  

• Assist with the preparation of marketing and promotional materials to drive sales.
  
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
  

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
