Job Description: B2B Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new Authorized Persons (APs) and sub-brokers to expand the B2B network and drive revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with APs to ensure long-term business growth.
Track and monitor the performance of acquired APs on a daily basis and provide necessary support to improve productivity.
Share regular MIS updates and conduct periodic meetings with APs to review performance, resolve issues, and align business goals.
Arrange and coordinate awareness programs, training sessions, and product briefings for APs from time to time.
Design and introduce new schemes, incentives, and business strategies for APs to generate higher volumes and revenue.
Conduct extensive fieldwork, including market visits, AP onboarding support, and relationship management activities.
