Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, making outbound calls, pitching our digital marketing services and converting prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach and the ability to build meaningful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential business leads through online research, LinkedIn, social media and other platforms.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce MIDGROW Studio's services.

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Qualify leads based on business needs, budgets and interest levels.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive conversions.

• Handle client queries, objections and negotiations professionally.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business development and marketing teams.

• Maintain and update lead databases, sales trackers and CRM records.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards business growth.

• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.

• Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising and website development.

• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into clients.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets and MS Excel.

• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

• Prior experience in inside sales, tele sales, lead generation or business development will be an advantage.

• Candidates with strong communication and convincing abilities are encouraged to apply.
