📌 About the Role

We are looking for B.Com freshers who are interested in starting their career in Inside Sales / B2B Sales.

The selected candidate will receive training on products, sales processes and customer handling, while working closely with the sales team.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics and Accounts teams
• Maintain customer details and update CRM/MIS records
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets
• Learn about industrial products and their applications
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requirements

🎓 Who Can Apply?

✅ B.Com Fresher / 0 Years Experience
✅ 2025 or 2026 B.Com Graduates
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
✅ Interested in Sales / Customer Handling
✅ Comfortable working from Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
✅ Mumbai / Navi Mumbai candidates preferred

No previous sales experience is required.
