Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven attitude.

Minimum - 6 month to 1 year Sales Associate exp. required .

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.

• Explain company services/products clearly and persuasively.

• Generate and qualify leads through targeted calling.

• Maintain a daily/weekly call log and update CRM records.

• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Report progress and feedback to the sales manager.

• RequirementsPrior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

• Ability to work 6 days a week (Mon–Sat).
