ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales acceleration
team in Indore. In this role, you will identify high-potential B2B prospects, drive outbound lead generation
campaigns, and present cutting-edge SaaS solutions to key stakeholders and business owners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct targeted outbound calls and digital outreach to identify new B2B sales opportunities and generate
high-quality leads.
Understand prospect business challenges and demonstrate how SaaS platform delivers immediate
strategic value.
Nurture sales pipelines systematically, converting initial interest into qualified sales meetings and business
conversions.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve monthly revenue benchmarks and optimize pipeline conversion
rates.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Outbound
Business Development.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience within the B2B SaaS industry is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in fluent Hindi and English. Fluency in Gujarati
is a strong advantage.
Work Mode: Full-time, strictly on-site location from our Indore headquarters.
