Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our
Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients
(primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their
business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with E-commerce sellers and businesses via calls, emails and virtual meetings
to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.
● Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.
● Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale
their online presence.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and
revenue.
● Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates.
● Participate in training programs and team reviews to consistently enhance sales
