Job Role: Telesales Executive

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services

Location: Whitefield

Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Job Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers and generate sales leads.

• Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, two-wheeler loans, and credit cards.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.

• Convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Follow up with customers and maintain proper lead records.

Eligibility

Freshers:

• 10th / 12th / Any Graduation / Undergraduates can apply.

• Freshers with technical degrees such as B.E. / B.Tech are not eligible.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

•Freshers with good communication and exp candidates with outbound calling/telesales experience are preferred.

• Candidates with B.E. / B.Tech can apply only if they have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

• Knowledge of South Indian languages will be an added advantage.

• Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and lead conversion.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹20,000/- Take Home

• Experienced: Up to ₹28,000/- Take Home + CTC

• Candidates earning up to ₹25,000 take-home: ESIC coverage of up to ₹5 Lakhs, subject to applicable terms.
