Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales cum Coordinator to support both domestic and international sales operations. The role combines lead generation, inside sales activities, client coordination, reporting, and order management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel and CRM tools, and the ability to manage the sales process from enquiry to order execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and database research.
Initiate conversations with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and pricing discussions.
Support end-to-end sales closure and achieve assigned targets.
Sales Coordination (Domestic & International)
Coordinate with domestic and international clients for enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team with order processing, confirmations, and delivery tracking.
Act as a communication bridge between sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline trackers, and performance dashboards using Excel.
Update and manage CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare invoices, sales documents, and export-related documentation (where applicable).
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of sales-related paperwork.
Technical Skills (Mandatory / Preferred)
