Role Overview
The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and warm leads generated through digital and offline channels. This role focuses on understanding customer requirements, providing structured project information, and coordinating next steps with the technical and sales teams. This is a non-target, process-oriented role designed for engineering graduates seeking exposure to the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls and warm digital leads professionally
• Understand basic technical requirements such as connected load, roof area, and usage pattern
• Explain high-level solar project flow including feasibility, site survey, installation, and approvals
• Coordinate site visit scheduling with the technical team
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes in CRM
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales engineers, and project teams
• Ensure timely follow-ups for documentation and survey confirmations
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
• B.Tech graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy, or related branches preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Interest in renewable energy and customer-facing technical roles
• Proficient in Hindi; basic English communication preferred
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured processes
