Contact potential and existing clients via phone and email
Follow up on enquiries and leads generated by the company
Explain product details and prepare quotations
Coordinate with the sales team and customers for orders
Maintain customer data and follow-up records
Requirements
1–3 years experience in inside sales / tele sales / customer coordination
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM if any)
Ability to handle customer calls professionally
