Inside Sales Executive (B2B)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, generating new business opportunities, following up with prospective customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, email, and phone.
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and follow-up goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Industrial Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and close sales.
Experience in industrial products, automation, electrical, or electronic products will be an added advantage.
