Handle international B2B inquiries for herbal powders, extracts, Shilajit resin, dehydrated powders.
Manage export sales through Trade Portals, direct emails & LinkedIn.
Communicate with buyers regarding product specs, MOQ, pricing, COA, MSDS, labels, and compliance.
Coordinate with logistics team for export documentation:
Invoice, Packing List
HS Code, COO, Phytosanitary
BL / AWB
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close export orders.
Coordinate with production & QC teams for timelines and quality commitments.
Maintain buyer database and prepare weekly sales & pipeline reports.
Ensure smooth order execution till shipment dispatch.
Strong English communication (written & verbal).
Basic knowledge of export procedures & Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP).
Experience in B2B international sales (preferably herbal, food, nutraceutical, pharma).
Ability to understand technical product details.
Negotiation & follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, email & WhatsApp business.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and organized.
🎓 Qualification
Graduate / MBA (International Business / Sales / Marketing preferred).
1–4 years experience in export sales (freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered).
