Immigration & Overseas Recruitment Counselor

We are seeking a sharp, highly knowledgeable Immigration & Overseas Recruitment Counselor to manage our growing global work permit and general labor portfolio. In this role, you will be calling and counseling warm leads generated strictly from our active advertisement campaigns.

There is NO cold calling. You will guide candidates who are highly motivated to work abroad but need an expert to map out their legal pathways, financial expectations, and job prospects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Ad-Lead Calling: Promptly contact candidates who register through our online ads showing interest in global manual, skilled, or general labor jobs.

• Global Territory Mapping: Counsel applicants on job openings across diverse international markets, tailoring options to their background:

  • Europe & Schengen Area: Explaining entry pathways for booming markets like Serbia, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, and Malta.

  • Australasia: Guiding candidates on visa tracks for New Zealand and Australia.

  • Tier-1 Destinations: Providing accurate overviews of program availability in the UK and USA.

• Currency & ROI Breakdown: Act as a financial advisor to candidates by converting wages into Indian Rupees (INR) and demonstrating realistic net savings against local living costs.

• Process Transparency: Educate candidates on specific recruitment timelines, including client selection, practical trade tests, medical clearances (like GAMCA/Wafid), work permit processing, and VFS/Embassy visa submissions.

What We Are Looking For

• Industry Literacy: Clear knowledge of the differences between Schengen and non-Schengen European work permits, and an understanding of the immigration documentation required for the UK, US, and Oceanic regions.

• Communication: Fluent and persuasive verbal communication skills in Hindi, with clear and functional professional English.

• Mindset: A target-driven approach with a clear ability to build trust over the phone and handle candidate objections regarding visa costs or processing times.

• Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduates, or Graduates with a passion for global recruitment.
