RECEPTIONIST

Role Summary: Handle front desk operations and first client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients, manage appointments & walk-ins

Attend phone calls, emails & basic client queries

Collect documents from clients and maintain files

Handle billing, invoices & UPI/cash payments

Maintain visitor log, courier & meeting room setup

Required Skills: Good communication, MS Office, polite behavior, basic English + Hindi

TELE CALLER / TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Summary: Generate leads and book counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling + follow-ups to explain visa services

Basic client counselling & eligibility check

Fix appointments with Visa Counsellor

Update all call details in CRM daily

Achieve monthly conversion & calling targets

Required Skills: Hindi/English fluency, convincing skills, CRM tools, target-oriented

VISA COUNSELLOR

Role Summary: Guide clients on best visa options and close cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Client consultation for PR, Tourist, Work visa

Assess eligibility based on education, funds, IELTS, work exp

Provide document checklist, SOP/LoR guidance, interview prep

Track embassy/VFS updates and update clients

Close files and meet sales targets

Required Skills: Knowledge of Canada/Australia/UK/US visa rules, strong communication, sales skills

FILING OFFICER / DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE

Role Summary: Prepare and submit error-free visa files.

Key Responsibilities:

Check client documents & request missing ones

Fill visa forms, GIC, medical forms accurately

Book VFS/Embassy appointments & submit files

Track application status on portals

Follow SOP + checklist to avoid rejections

Required Skills: Attention to detail, typing speed, IRCC/VFS/BLS portal knowledge

Salary Range

Receptionist: ₹10k - ₹12k | Tele Caller: ₹12k - and incentives

Visa Counsellor: ₹18k - ₹35k + incentives Filing Officer: ₹15k - ₹25k
