About the Company
Prustle is a fast-growing hostel and co-living brand focused on providing affordable, community-driven, and
comfortable living experiences for students, working professionals, and travelers. We are looking for a dynamic Sales
Executive who can drive occupancy growth through both direct customer acquisition (B2C) and institutional/business
partnerships (B2B).
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with
individual customers as well as corporate and institutional partners. The ideal candidate should have strong
communication skills, proven sales experience, and a good understanding of the hospitality, hostel, or co-living
industry.
B2C Sales Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads for hostel/co-living bookings through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct property tours and explain accommodation features, pricing, amenities, and policies.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to maximize occupancy rates.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Build relationships with students, working professionals, and relocating individuals.
• Manage booking pipelines and CRM updates regularly.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth onboarding of residents.
B2B Sales Responsibilities
• Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, startups, corporates, and relocation agencies.
• Identify new business opportunities for bulk bookings and long-term accommodation contracts.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with institutional clients.
• Build strategic alliances to increase brand visibility and occupancy.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate/institutional accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in hostel, PG, co-living, real estate, hospitality, student housing, FMCG, or service
sales.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong B2B and B2C sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close deals and achieve targets.
• Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Good understanding of local rental and accommodation markets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and energetic personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Existing network with colleges, corporates, brokers, or relocation partners is an advantage.

• Comfortable with weekend or flexible working hours if required.
