Position: Junior Associate / Junior Executive Freelancer

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home (WFH)

Shift Timing: Only 2 Hours per day (Flexible)

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time Internship (2 Months Tenure)

💰 COMPENSATION & EARNING

POTENTIALFixed Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000/- (Target-based upon achieving performance matrix)

Performance Incentives: ₹2,000/- to ₹4,000/- (Based on referral conversions)

Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹10,000/- per month

Payout Cycle: 15-Days instant salary release upon crossing the performance tier.

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Task: Product Referral and Digital Account Opening for high-demand banking products (Flagship Product: Tide India Digital Platform).

Working Hours: Strictly 2 hours per day with complete time flexibility.

Reporting Structure: Junior Executives will directly report to their assigned Core Associate Team Member for daily attendance and sales tracking

.Lead Execution: Sharing unique referral links within networks, helping users complete their 7-minute online Video-KYC, and recording successful sign-ups.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualification: 12th Passout / College Students / Working Professionals.

Target Profiles: Ideal for candidates looking for a side income with minimal daily time commitment.

Age Limit: Minimum 18+ Years.

Skills Needed: Basic smartphone operating knowledge and good interpersonal communication skills.

⏳ RECRUITMENT & ORIENTATION FLOW

Step 1 (Interview & Selection): Interview screening and final selection will be conducted directly by the Core Associate Team Members.

Step 2 (Weekly Mega Orientation): Selected candidates must attend the mandatory Corporate Orientation Meeting held every Saturday at 11:30 AM sharp.

Panel Speakers: The orientation session will be personally conducted and monitored by Mr. Avinash Kumar Pandey (State Head), Mr. Prem Kumar (HQ In-Charge), and Mr. Navkarkumar Bhavsar (Managing Director).
